Our delivering hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
It is mandatory there is a person in charge for receiving the order at the delivering address, who will also sign the delivery receipt.
The order can also be handled to other parties – such as relatives or doorkeepers – since they accept the product delivery, sign the receipt and show an ID. This procedure is essential to guarantee the integrity of the product and tracking your order.
Our products are delivered by transportation companies hired by us or through Correios (Brazilian post service), depending on the address postal code and on the product(s) purchased.
We deliver all products from our website to every city in Brazil.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause an unnecessary delay. So, keep your registration up to date before concluding your purchase.
Products do not suffer any change while are kept in our stock, they are sent to clients exactly the way we receive from the manufacturer.
